The Prototype comes from another Halo Legends short-film where we see the first prototype to Master Chiefs armor. The marine included is my personal favorite for all of Halo 3 style.

Though it has never been opened, the seals of some Mega products tend to wear overtime. As such some are opening but not have been completely opened or removed from the packaging.
